EDC, B9AE, 5752143, COAE-C & D, C3AE-C VS C4AE-G SSR

Concerning the C1AE vs C4AE SSR where do the others fall in? I sold my non 406 Denver C3AE-C (no spring cups) but still a pair of EDC-E (non core plug) and 5752143 for comparison. Wanting to know if all of the early common heads had the same short turn and if the C4AE-G head was the first early head to have the improvement?

Heard differing opinions

Some info I've seen is there's no change, some claim some difference with the C4.

Here is a pic of a piece of solder I laid over the C1AE short turn, it seems quite tall and vertical. How does the C4 differ?

Don't Know

I have a set of C4's also I can compare latter. Here is a link where I asked about common iron head preference but the short turn or pinch apperance was not brought up.

Bill mentioned the C4's had a pinch. I am guessing that the C6AE-R and C8OE would follow that pattern?
