There are about 12 golf cart rental companies here and 4 of them have a whole bunch of carts on sale.. costing about $ 2200- $3500. So i dont think you will have a problem buying one. But its always good to test drive it and make sure they are ok.. when you arrive here i am sure the SGA (student government) can help you with that. If you get a fast one they are fun...have to watch the speed limit though.
ATV's are hard to find here, no one wants to sell them but if you want you can find one for a higher price...
