I am very interested in the apt and I have the same questions the other person has...is this 5 minutes walking or golf cart distance from the school? ALso what is the rent if paid on a monthly basis, semester or however you set it up? Also does it come with a TV, microwave, the quick stuff? It's ok if it does not I just need to know. What about closet space and/or dresser for my clothes? Do you have pictures? Also what about the deposit, how much is that? I guess you see I am trying to get my expenses together.
