      Performing live:

      Guapo
      Now
      Hyperkinako

+ DJ Ken Hollings (Wire Magazine)

+ Careless Talk Costs Lives stall
      --------------------------------------------------
After our wildly successful inaugural night, which drew a capacity crowd and
some amazing music from Now, The Fujii, Pthh and Hamilton Yarns, we're back,
though this time things will be a little bit noisier.

      Guinea Pig 2

      Performing live this month:

Guapo: Cosmic, driving and brutal, Guapo generate a sound vast enough to
swallow black holes. Not bad for a trio on bass, drums and Fender Rhodes/
Moog. Guapo have previously played with the likes of Ruins and Oxbow. Listen
out for a monstrous new album, Five Suns, on Cuneiform soon.

Hyperkinako: Hailing from Japan and Norfolk, Hyperkinako collide lo-tech
synth-plop with razor sharp guitars to create a frenetic, bubbling sound
that's as schizophrenic as their origins. They play a Peel Session on 12
      March.

Now: Our house band return with something a little bit louder. Please note,
audience participation may be required for some of this set.

With fans including Can's Damo Suzuki, Finnish trance rockers Circle and
Norway's rising suns Salvatore, Now are one of the most inventive and
melodious bands operating out of London. Merging influences from Alice
Coltrane, Cluster, Fela Kuti, Prince, Can, Talking Heads, Sonic Youth and
many more, they're equally at home playing catchy pop or engaged in lengthy
      freeform meltdowns.

Guinea Pig's pedigree includes Strange Attractor, Kosmische and Resonance
FM's Mink & Mandrill's Radiophonic Workshop. We aim to provide a happy home
for the most intriguing live performers and DJs we can get our paws on.
