It's much cheaper investing in his book and educating yourself than throwing money away on doctor visits, drugs, treatments, and procedures...that leave you in worse condition than you started off with.
It's not cheap to write and print books, not to mention the costs of websites etc. I think he's doing 100% honest work, in honor of his wife, and covering overhead at the same time. I don't know anyone who would be willing to work for free, yet he does offer his time and books free for those in need.
