I am a Pompey fan and i have to say that Graham Rix didnt really cut it as a manager with us. He's a nice chap and gets on very well with his players, but i don't think he's ruthless or ambitious enough to be very successful. I notice that he's already started making excuses for Oxford not getting promoted this season. Hope i am wrong though, good luck.
