I was just wondering. I have not read anywhere that gives the explaination why the Nebraska Service Center is so slow compared to the other service centers. Are they the busiest? Do they handle processing differently than others? Are they understaffed? Do the case officers have other priorities?
I'm just wondering. I just recieved a letter from my Senator who contacted NSC from their congressional liasion and they said that they are now processing cases for 1-129F's for ones sent in at the end of July. So anybody sent one in July, your in luck.
But I filed in October, so we have some time to wait.
