I remember at CSSSA 2002, one night you came into the room to find me reading or drawing or something, and you said,"Jeez, do you ever go OUT?!!" And you were right in assuming that I, in fact, did not ever go out.
Now, if my life had continued as it was 2 months ago, it would've never crossed my mind that I was doing you major psychological damage-- obviously, you needed time alone, you needed personal space. Well, now I have a roommate who never leaves his post on the bed. Every time I go into the room, there he is. Or sometimes he'll have a girlfriend in there, which is even better... hell, who can argue with not only never having alone time, but also having to share the air in a 10 x 10 cell with 2 other people? Not me. Hell no.
So, David, I finally see exactly where you were coming from, and I wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize. This weekend he's having 2 friends over. Yeah, to sleep. I'll definitely get my punishment, that's for sure.
Anyway, it's nice hearing from you-- that's pretty kick-ass that you got to meet Joe Barbara. Kick-ass as hell. How's college working for you? Is it treating you like a son? Or... is it treating you like... a daughter?
Anyway, I gotta go rock that homework. Stay death-defying.
