Have just read this fic. Found it on Fanfiction net. The story has a link to the authors website version which is better because she included lots of pictures in the story.
It's a funny fic calle Extreme Wormhole and it's about Sam discovering slash fanfiction written about the characters based on Jack and Daniel on the television show Extreme Wormhole.
Sam and Janet start writing their own slash stories and soon the whole base is looking at Jack and Daniel from slash pov.
It was really lol funny and is the funniest Stargate story I've ever read. I don't know the authors web link but if you go to the story at Fanfiction.net It's at the end of the story.
Really funny. I swear
