In particular, I'd recommend "The Librarian and the Biker" (NC-17, AU, WIP). I believe she's only a few chapters from the end now, and it is really worth reading. The premise of the story is a very dramatic re-envisioning of the Phantom Menace universe. A complicated plot that only gets better with passing chapters, wonderfully written, and fascinatingly paralleled with the movie itself.
