Anybody read it yet ? Was planning on buying it soon , but have had too many other horsey expenses this month !! If anybody has it - would love to know if it's any good! *!* suppose it should be as it's the latest version , and an official BHS guide !

I've done my ptt so I just bought the Stage 3 book (Hazel Reed) but would love to know if buying the BHS one is worth it.

I bought the book just before i took my ptt in july. it is very useful as it gives you bullet points, typical questions and useful advice.
i passed my ptt so it must have come in a bit useful!!!!!

Do you mean the BHS training manual?

Its ok but I wasn't hugely impressed. It goes through the syllabus in more detail and tells you what you need to know and how to go about things. I think the Hazel Reed book is much much better. I wouldn't class it as an essential book, especially if you're short of cash.
