It has come to my attention that a number of "news" reports have appeared on this website of late that insinuate that my client, Ms. Gweneth Paltrow, has been romantically involved with a deceased human beard. This is entirelly false and quite frankly, gross.
More disturbing, however, are reports that Ms. Paltrow has been "stalking" the owner of the site, Mr. Scoop Guy through various emails and telephone calls. I want to point out that this, other than being completely ridiculous, is both slanderous and emotionally damaging for my client and her family. Ms. Paltrow is not currently involved with ANYONE. All of her energies are focused on recovering from her recent painful breakup with Mr. Ben Affleck and we wish her all the best.
I would advise Mr. Scoop Guy and his correspondants to refrain from printing ANY stories featuring the name/likeness of Ms. Paltrow from this day forward. Failure to do so could lead to legal action.
Meanwhile, Gweneth-fans, if you haven't seen it. Run, don't walk, to your local multi-plex and catch "Shakespere in Love" starring Gweneth, Joseph Fiennes, Geoffrey Rush, Ian Holm, Judi Dench and Ben Affleck.
(And keep your fingers crossed Oscar night! We love you Gweneth!)
