I can't get on at helpalty.com but this one works. Don't know exactly how much effect it'll have but it's nice to have support. Some of the opinions are very measured too.

I was getting a 'cannot find this web page' try helpalty.
Which was weird, (the helpalty.tk link was what I had to use). Now moments after you type this Ecky, I do the exact same thing and helpalty.com works perfectly.
Spooky, have you got secret powers Eck (give us a ring at thridubilitwun) if you get a chance mate.
Now I'm stuck to a link for a petition supporting Alty which bizzarely now has 3569 signatures.
