| Like many Alty supporters, I am amazed by the amount of support shown from members of football clubs from all over. If THE CONFERENCE have any sensible members within the hierarchy, they'll resind this rdidiculous decision, and let "on field" events dictate the outcome of this remarcable season. The CLUB, Graham, Jenny, Derek, Karen and Barry, who I see many times at the club, dont deserve this. For the sake of football, Alty must retain their rightful place at the top level of Non League football on the back of performances on the field, not events out of their control off the field. 5000+ supporters cannot be wrong. |

I instantly recognised him when he dropped his half-time cup of tea...
Sorry. |

Ta for your support Ian, I too have been more than pleasantly surprised by the support from other Clubs, particularly our rivals, both locally and for a place in the Conference, just proves that Non League Footy is bigger than personal and petty rivalries and that there is really no credit to be gained from the parochial views held by certain supporters of Clubs from the Premiership to the Altrincham Youth League. We are all supporters and, as has been proved, the more enlightened of us put personal preference aside to see the bigger picture (I hope)
However I have to say that the Club is a HUGE amount more than the people you have named, specifically the Supporters deserve huge mentions as they pay over their hard earned cash not only to attend matches but also to support the fundraising initiatives churned out on an increasingly regular basis by the Football Club. Maybe the Car Park development will remove the need for this sort of activity?
I hope that the appeal is successful and that Alty stay where they belong. |

I only mentioned the STAFF as I seem them regularly when dropping replicas, etc off at the club in my SENSPORT KITS role, every supporter deserves credit, especially those who pay their entrance fee at games, both home and away. With regards to dropping my tea, it was coffee, white with no sugar. | |
