....your favourite keeper, Simon Bishop has been let go by Phil Wilson after nearly 7 years at Barrow.

I'm sure facing the Bish would more than have made up for our relegation should it happen...gutted!

So...erm...when are barrow finally gonna have a decent season?

....apparently he is so gutted at going, and after winning the 'Players Player', Club Player', 'National Supporters Player' and 'Website Player' of the year awards, he is considering his future in the game. However, Im sure he will turn up at a north-east club soon though.
In the meantime Wilson is surrounding himself with his old mates and has just signed Jamie Speare who he managed at Lancaster to replace Bish.

Next season ? :(

Was he not involved in confrontations with Barrow supporters once or twice? I seem to remember reading about an unsavoury incident one time involving him in your social club after a game.
