You are talking about the one launched by John Maunders initially to go towards the developement of the ground but when Maunders got a quote for the work it was decided not to go ahead.
Briefly resurrected by Gerry Berman I think it died a death although even when STAR formed there still some people paying a direct debit into the club!

There is still the facility to pay regular money into the club or STAR under various forms...maybe the patron scheme dtailed on the official site to cover close season costs...folk pay £50 into the club and get their name in the programme etc.

STAr have the facility to pay in regularly by standing order in return for having a stake in the club..erm.
