Firstly, would like to say how disgusted I am with the way Alty have been treated, whilst I freely admit you are not in my top ten of favourite teams!! I would not wish relegation by the back door, such as in this case on ANYONE. After all we know how you feel......

Just been on the FGR message board and read a very lengthy statement from their team secetary, which many of you may find interesting reading. Whilst it is always dangerous to "read between the lines", reading between the lines it is very clear to me who "grassed you up" seem to remember very similar "Questions" being asked of us and our ground ownership situation this time last year.

Anyway read it for yourselves and see what you think.

The way the Conference is run is an absolute joke at the moment, relegation and promotion should be based on who gets the least of most number of points over the season on the football pitch, simple as. No team should get a reprieve regardless of external issues, If a team HAS to go down, such as say Crawley then I believe another promotion place should be given, so those poor teams in the bottom three go down regardless. And yes that means the team I love should have been relegated 2 seasons ago, rather than survive when Telford folded.

Guys and Girls keep your heads held high, really good luck for next season with some hard work and a little luck you could bounce straight back, not an easy league to win at all, but you never know.....keep the faith.

Hope we can stuff FGR and see them where they belong....relegated....for you and for us, as we still have a score to settle with them.

Of course the worst thing now is all our green and white pots have been put back into storage for at least another year...destined never to play the Vics or what?
