If they get thrown out of the Conference due to their financial situation will they have right of appeal?

Is your cup of coffee half full and hot for a change?

I've put on the North forum reprieve No#23 going for us would be a bit like having your leg amputated and then the doctor expecting gratitude when he tells you he made a mistake and can sew it back on.

I've had tea. Do we really have to go on the Conf North board now?

Don't think they'd even bother. They appear to be as pissed off with all this as we are. Don't want any team to go under, but would 'prefer' it to happen to poor Crawley, than Scarboro.

Re: Scarborough

As I understand it, Scarborough will take immediate action if the Conference kicks them out basically beacuse we're not liked. When challenged about which rules we'd apparently broken Moules refused to comment.

We have a different problem to Alty though. If we don't satisfy the various criteria made up by Moules & Co then we are out of the Conference entirely and into the Unibond.

Scarborough chose to stay out of the Robinson affair and even publicly supported Alty's position. It was viewed as grossly unfair and none of our business. However our newly-installed Chairman is a leading Solicitor and doesn't intend to let any Conference rule-bending go unchallenged where it affects us.

I have however heard several comments from various people at Scarborough that support GG's thoughts about being among friends in another league next season.

However, I'd still rather see Alty...

....playing amongst some 'enemies' in the Conference!
