Firstly Scarboro. Seems to me they tried to be too clever. They came out of their second administration just in time to avoid expulsion from the Conference. That includes Conf North. So avoiding a restart at unibond level. Knew they could not pay their debts (unlike honest Alty)and promptly went back into a CVA, their third in six years. Have they ever paid ANY bills? They say under their presesent regime their debt has only (THAT IS THEIR DEBT) has ONLY incresed by £28000.
We never got all our money for Ellender and they should have been sorted by the FA or League then. So I have no sympathy for them, but a little for their fans, we know how they feel.
Carshalton? Why shoul;d they not be relegated when they are at the bottom of their league. Leigh RMI play in a different league and there situation has no bearing on Carshalton they both played against different clubs. Had Carshalton played the same clubs as Leigh and got more points or vica versa, then they would have grounds for complaint.

Why not let Leigh & Carshalton play a one off game to decide it?
