Looking at the fixture guide, the first six games contain two newly promoted sides and a couple of mid-table(ish) sides in Dagenham and Gravesend. Yes we have to play everyone twice but surely these games allow us to try and get some early crucial points on the board. More than likely it will be yet again an entertaining season for Alty but with the signings we are making perhaps a slightly higher league finish and a better run in the Cups is not out of reach.

Finally looking forward to the Green and White Slime on Boxing Day at Moss Lane. Expecting a good gate for that, perhaps 2000-2500 BUT PLEASE GOD NO BAD WEATHER IN ALTRINCHAM THIS CHIRISTMAS!
