When I was 13 at a hotel

I was at a wedding reception and it was boring, the music was awful etc, etc and I had a headache. So I went up to my hotel room and watched Tv. Because the hotel had satellite tv (which is in my opinion a complete waste of money, I watched sky 1 and the only good thing I saw was an episode of Simpsons which wasn't 10 years old. That actually seems to be the only good thing there is on sky, apart from family guy which is ok, south park and I suppose if (unlike me) you like watching Friends then they have new episodes of that) they had a clear pictured Channel 5 whereas at that time the channel 5 we got at home was a kind of technicolour fuzz (now where did I lift that phrase from?). This meant that they could actually pick up channel 5 and I was channel hopping and I heard this cool theme tune, watched the episode (The Pinch Sitter) and was hooked.
And just think, if they had been playing Radiohead down in the room then I would never have discovered Daria. Continuing on the theme of Radiohead and in a completely non-daria related rambling do any of you like Radiohead (the greatest band in the world)?
