Let her do what she likes, I mean if she likes being a cheerleader she sould do it. If the cheerleaders at you school are anything like that ones at FBHS then I would HIGHLY recomend that she quit. Our cheerleaders forget their little dances and as a result half of them just stand there looking vacant. I have seen one decent cheerleading group though, they were part of the national cheerleading thingie and they actually looked half way decent.
