Highly unlikely. My Fairmont has had FE power with solid motor mounts for well over 20 years, and although I have had cylinder walls split, main webbing split, and tossed the odd rod thru the block, but I have never seen any damage at the motor mount area. And I always leave considerably higher than 4000 RPM, more like 5200-6400.
