Response to PD

Hi Dr. Dwyer,
SOrry it has taken me so long to respond, I have been busy with our project. I can definitely relate Santiago with Huck and even Janie from Their Eyes Were Watching God. All travellers searching for something, whether it be treasure or a home place learn about themselves which, to me is the fundamental reason for our existence. We must internalize the external before we can be open to the world. One other important idea I associate with journeys, etc. is that of "where ever you go, there you are" Do you feel this way?
