Could be, though they don't seem to mind The Streets and Andrew WK being confirmed...

OFfspring would almost undoubtabely be headliners (either joint headliners or on their own), and at minimum would be 2nd on the bill.

Andrew WK will probably be 4th/5th on main stage bill like Papa Roach last year or headline a tent. The Streets will "headline" the dance tent in all likelyhood.

Mean Fiddler would probs be more ticked about a headliner confirming themself than other bands.

Offsrpign were 3rd on the bill on the "rock day" i believe in 99 so its safe to say they will be 2nd or 1st on the bill if they play this year.
