Guns N' Roses will headline the Carling Leeds Festival on August 23rd -
their first UK gig in nine years.
It is not yet confirmed whether they will play Reading the same weekend.
Festival tickets go on sale next week.
-The Sun Sat 27th April 2002

Found this on efestivals. Apparantly from todays Sun Newspaper. Strange to a headliner at only Leeds not Reading.

I was going to go to Leeds this year but if they are headlining and not for Reading, i'd rather go to Reading and get a chance to see Oasis instead! Guns and Roses piss me off!!!!
