did anyone else around the front notice there were alot of cock heads during Incubus. because a large percentage of the crowd were girls alot of 20+ year old cock heads thought it would be funny to push through them and put there arms round them and stuff, also alot of crowd surfers were hitting girls in the head and stuff, my g/f got a huge black eye, have some consideration u twats.

A large bunch of lads were giving my girl a bit of trouble, trying to "unintentionally" ""brush"" against her on the way past etc. Think they were just drunk tho. hmm. bastards. There were some lads the same during PRodigy.

Well doesnt bother me that they dont know the songs at a festival coz thats part of what a festies about checking out new bands etc but its when it happens at there actual gigs, grr

Nah, im a girl and didnt get pushed or shoved during incubus, id lost all my mates by this time so was on my own, went on another girls shoulders, twas good. I agree about the pit though, if you're not up for getting fucked about, it aint really your place. I also got a half black eye...well some guy practically jumped on me during nofx and i went crashing to the ground with enough power that the skin on my cheekbone was scraped off by someones body part or another. It was pretty fun though, didnt mind its all part of the pit init. Its cool to see alot of friendly people picking others up when they get moshed down and letting them pass if they wanna get further in.

The Year was 1997, seemingly many moons ago, me and my best friend, both the tender age of 15, had just entered the main arena for the first time at our
first Reading. Having watched Period Pains "perform" two songs we trundled across to the Vans Warped Tour just after midday. Rather a small tent, it was packed out and we were both on our tiptoes trying to see what was going on. At this point a couple, probably between 25-30 asked if they could get past, we obligingly moved, but much to our horror they just stood right in
front of us, so neither of us could see. Then onto the stage wandered a big dreaded fuck with a didgeridoo, played a few notes, the guitar kicked in and the crowd went fucking apeshit. The funniest thing was watching this couple scoot for cover. They were one of the best bands ive ever watched live, it was one of the most hardcore moshes ive ever seen, spreading throughout the
tent, and generally an experience i will never forget. The moral of my story? Fuck me, both Incubus and their fans have changed, A LOT!

...it wasent in the mosh it was around the side of the crowd, secondly girls should be able to enjoy thier favorite bands without being harrased and felt up by sad fuckers who cant get any sexual action anywhere else

Girls/blokes whoever can go in the pit...i even saw kiddies in the pits. But at no point should girls (or blokes i suppose) have to sacrifice that for being felt up.
It sux majorly when you're trying to pit hard, skank or just watch from the sides and some twat comes and invades your personal space (and i don't just mean pinching an arse). There are always a few, it's pretty shitty etc etc.
But there's no need to get rude about it. And especially don't think it's a cool thing to happen.
Oh, and i was happy coming here thinking no1 slagged off bands they didn't really like. Looks like i was wrong, there's a surprise...people can't manage to be polite.
