Any ideas how much tickets to this years Reading Festival will cost? I've just been told Metallica will be playing so me and my mates want to go to see them. Is it safe to camp out? or will golf clubs be needed?
Tickets last year I think were about £95 - 100 including booking fee, etc. I can't see that they are gonna charge any higher than that this year! That is for the weekend though (well, we normally stay from Thursday - Monday). Day tickets are around £40 but sell out quite quickly.
I've never had any problem with camping, you just hear lots of merry, drunk people go by your tent at all hours (or you normally tend to be one of them yourself in my case!!)

yeah compings safe. dont walk around shouting about the kilo and new mobile phone and other shit you may have. although having said that i watched a tent burgalry this year, i was tripping off my nuts tho so sadly couldnt move let alone shout fuck off or stop. if you were camping in yellow and were near the hedges on the opposite side of the feild to the wood shop and hed your shit knicked then im so sorry.
