i havent booked reading tickets from stargreen b4 but ive brought other tickets for other gigs from them b4 and its always been fine. i think theyre just a small organasation cos they only sell tickets 4 london shows or festivals. so that might explain y they seem unprofessional

i book with them all the time, but yes it is all a bit low-tech there, they don't really use computers for the phone bookings and write everything down and the whole thing is run from one tiny room in argyle street (just off oxford street).
