They wont have fuel or no leaf clover. This setlist will be a heavy as fuck set. I guarantee it'll contain St. Anger, Frantic, Blackened (opener), One, Battery, Master of Puppets, Sanitarium, Sandman, and Sad but true. Kickass.
Just as the title states; I don't understand why metallica has gone back to this horrible heavy music. I mean they can write such melodic and beautiful songs such as nothing else matters or unforgiven. Bring back the real metallica I say.
....JoeyJoJoJuniorShabadoo....
-That's the worst name I ever heard
-Wait, JoeyJoJo!!
Big up yerself for being a simpsons fanatic.
personally I prefer Metallica's heavy stuff.
ah, hav gone under such a name before-joeyjojo....good episode that; and the heavier stuff is metallicas true callin. st anger isnt the worst yet, but it just dont sound like theyre tryin
they will opened with Blackened.. this is certain.
aside from that expect the following
Nothing
Sandman
Bells
Roam
Sanitarium
Harvester
St Anger
Frantic
Fade
One
Puppets
Creeping Death
they WON'T play Unforgiven "one" or "two" they never have, not more than one of's anyway. It's being billed in Dublin as a Greatest Hits set.. expect the same for Reading as there is virtually NOTHING fancy about headlining slots ever, remember Tom Jones in 2000 with Stereophonics, aside from that I can't even remember anyone doing an encore let alone anything unusual.
They played it at Rock Am Ring with a huge pyro display replicating artillery shells, and the whole helicopter sound effects and all. It will be THE song of the festival. BAR NONE.
Can't wait to hear stuff like Blackened again and the rarely played older stuff like Hit The Lights etc. I think I remember them doing a Justice album medley on the 92 tour.
Anyone go to Milton Keynes Bowl in 93? It was only 19 quid for the day!
