I think it will be the weekend before that because I don't think its always bank holiday weekend and its not usually that late in august |

It is always the bank holiday weekend, without exception.
It has been that late before too, the last few years it's been quite early in the month, but its just down to when the bank holiday weekend falls. If memory serves me well, in 2000 it didn't finish til the 28th or 29th... |

The next two years' festivals will be held on:
2004: August 28-30
2005: August 27-29
That's the official bank holiday weekend dates as set by the Government. |

for me that is, you see if the festival was early in the month i would be unable to go on account of being in vietnam which would suck a stupid ammount, this way i get to come back and probably gop to reading from the airport or a few days later |

Bit of both, mostly pleasur tho, its an expedition, so basically lots of treking, some local work like building and painting and some relaxation at the end. should be suitable jet laged for reading |
