Personally i have no problem with this MB, its extreemly simple which is a great thing.

Agreed, it's only the stupid popup thing at the start that's annoying.

I'm trying really hard to find a more sophisticated message board that doesn't involve pop-ups OR registration. AND is hosted (ie doesn't involve any cgi/php/java coding etc). It's not proving easy. When I find a pop-up free one, it requires users to register. The ones that don't require registration have pop-ups. Anyone know of one that fits the bill?

took all of 5 min to install... keeps the same threaded feel of this board. And allows you to delete the crap!

Hi. I posted there, with a question... does the forum require a cgi-bin? Only that adds to the cost of this site. Though I like the ad/pop-up free nature of the forum. And the lack of a need to register.

It needs a small amount of coding, and a host with php and MySql.

I've got loads of bandwith to waste, so let me know if you're interested and i'll pretty it up a bit.

it's cool...I do realise not everyone will like that type of MB.

They're tidier, easier to navigate....good to look at. meh....I'm not winning anyone over here am I? ;)
