Facit P6060 Insertation Error

Hi,
I am an owner of Facit P6060 printer. My printer keeps with 'insertation error'
Do you know what exactly I must clean.
Might you give your opinion about this printer

clean the pickup rollers where the paper goes in, use some spirits... in the extreme use sand paper
