I have installed a new toner and i am still unable to print anything. The power light flashes and the error light flashes after i attempt to print anything. No reported error messages on screen apart from it telling me to switch off and then on again.

probably its a heater error, check the driver, it should give you a error message.

if it is heater error, then throw it away and get a new printer
