Now that is RUSTY! They just don't rust that bad around here (except that 390 68 Fairlane wagon Rory had!) I thought my 66 Comet convertible was bad but it's minor compared to that.
You are best off to cut that whole front end off at the firewall and use a 2x3" frame section that already has the Must II mounts. If you already have the crossmember and suspension then at least make whole 2x3" frame rails running from rad support to the rear frame.
