about the same time I bought my 390 Mustang. His ran I pressume properly, it was so obvious the Mustang had more balls why even bother to race. I thought the Mopar had the dumbest dash set up compared to the same year Mustang. The 'Cuda had a two large guages with tiny guages bordering its instrument cluster. The same configuration as a Mustang with the exception of the tiny guage between the two large guages held the Cuda's tach while the Mustang had one of its large guages devoted to a tach. The Mustangs clock was centered where the Mopars weenie Tach was.
We tore down Rocco's 383 motor and a short time later tore down the 390. The rods in the Mopar looked like they belonged in a lawnmower compared to the shapely contoured big end of the FEs rods. Finally what can you say about a factory Holley/Ford vs Carter AVS/Mopar?
That pictured Cuda looks magnificent IF it is as nice/original as it looks put it in the hands of a Mopar nut who will cherish and take advantage of its originality and obviously need to pay for it. Take the windfall and find yourself a Ford if you want another car. Daily driving that Cuda would be a sin...
