If anyone is curious to exact spot here are the coordinates

Approx 10 miles from my old house.

The tower is still there but most everything else is gone

There is a Shooting range opposite of tower
Also a recycling place near

Right where the Canal crosses the highway

The building is approx 475' from edge of roadway
