I had a 454 orange lump. Got it for free and figured Chevy guys pay large for those. It was a mid 70's truck one. Only got 400 bucks but i took it all apart to inspect and each head weighs what a pair of FE heads weigh and the block must have been 100 pounds heavier than an FE. Even the BBC iron intake was heavy, probably only 25lbs less than an FE.
