She'll be two in September. Is that too young to start her out?

OK, maybe it is too young, but she knows how to check the tire pressure!

I have found that............

July 26 2008, 9:05 PM

.....anything you do with your kids is the best times of your life.

I have a girl and a boy, 8 and 5, and they both follow me around the garage.  I'm savoring it now because I know it won't last.

Thanks guys

I thought you'd enjoy those pics as much as me. They were taken at the drags at Qualcomm San Diego right before I had to redeploy to Afghanistan. She seems to love cars (I wonder who she got that from!), and that makes me a happy man. She tries to start every car that we have, which is a little troublesome. She likes the Fairlane most of all, which someday just might become hers....

Jr Stocker

July 27 2008, 4:06 PM

They didn't have Jr Dragsters when i was that age and you had to be 16 (or was it 18?) to run a Jr Stocker. Sometimes life ain't fair.

Looks like you'll need some blocks on the pedals but she's probably already a better driver than many out there. Very cute kid too, she'll be taking over for Ashley Force some day.

I'm partial to girls. Had three of them.

July 27 2008, 4:23 PM

Both of my wives were girls. First one liked to be seen in my '67 Stang. Second one loves working on them. Go figure.
