First of all, hugs. I agree with your comment about a 5 year quit and a 1 month quit. I say that because my 11 year quit could be just as easily ripped away from me. Yes, It does get easier but it is always lurking. I can also understand you not knowing when you'll quit again. I understand that because if I were to light up I would go right to buying a carton not just a single pack. I am not a single puff type of person.
Sorry for those reading this that maybe don't understand. My comment is probably not what we like to read here. I have always liked the truth about smoking and quitting. I am not smoking today. Will I smoke next month? I hope not but I'm an addict. An exsmoker. I can never say never. I know Linda undertands this.
