Wherever you are at in your quit, please take a moment to acknowledge the HUGE change you have voluntarily made to better your lives by putting down the cigarettes. NO SMALL ACCOMPLISHMENT. YOU did it--just YOU. Don't forget to give yourselves a little credit. If you can break free from such an insidious addiction, WHAT ELSE might you be capable of??
