Slept til I woke up without the alarm scaring the crap outa me to wake me
Took my time having my coffee and breakfast. Doing some domestic godess duties but taking my time. When a crave hits I'm taking a time out, deep breathing and stretching through it. Drinking lots of water and making a healthy supper
I have a new addiction though - got that Netflix and started watching a series called Damages - way too good lol
Might have a little nappie
No smokin here today

Sometimes, when we quit, we find out that one of the reasons we smoked was because we were constantly allowing our boundaries to be over-run. Which didn't feel good. Anesthesia, here I come...
