I really do better when I post here regularly, read other people's posts. Reaffirms "right thinking" and something to that writing it out or I should say typing it out
Quite the week at work, feeling somewhat overwhelmed, had to do all kinds of confront issue stuff which I really do not like. That old junkie thinking of pressure = smoke passing through my head today so coming to bust my thinking
I love all the mantra's I've picked up here - amazing how when you really need something those words come to you ~ all you Blairsville angels whispering in my ear
Going to take it easy tonight, do some me time that will involve alot of soaking in my tub - my favourite place with no smoking memories!

Sometimes, when we quit, we find out that one of the reasons we smoked was because we were constantly allowing our boundaries to be over-run. Which didn't feel good. Anesthesia, here I come...
