then add another THREE days to your quit!!! Then keep on choosing one day at a time...............you know it will happen. That day WILL come!!! Stay positive!!! Stay up!!! Kick those junkie thoughts to the curb the second they hit and tell yourself in the loudest most postive voice you have "I DON'T SMOKE ANYMORE AND I ROCK!!!!!!" Then get your butt moving to do something else........ANYTHING else but smoking..........the crave will pass.......you will go on and you will be that much stronger and closer to freedom. It's HARD!!!!!!!!!! REAL hard!!!!!!!! But ANYONE can do it!!!! Even ME!!!! Even YOU!!!! Be prepared.......KNOW the attacks will come sometimes out of nowhere. Ask yourself what is REALLY going on? Chances are you are tired, sad, stressed, angry, something has triggered it. It's not REALLY the cig you want. BREATHE DEEP. I'ts not really the cig you want. It was the drug that eased your need for another hit of the drug. See smoking for what it was! For what it is! An addiction. But one that can be conquered as long as you choose never to have a single puff. Sounds sad at first to never have a single puff......but you know you always can...........and start this crap ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!??????????? SHOOT ME!!!!!!!!!!! LOL You will make it. YOu can do it. IF you choose to!!!

Attitude and choice. Tell yourself you are going to go through anything and everything to get to freedom (and you WILL!) But the day will come and does come for EVERYONE.............you won't give a poop about smoking anymore. THIS is the truth. SMoking is the lie that keeps you in the pool of misery.
