friday rode bike to store, walked instead of driving a few places. I made smoothies variety blueberry and black cherrie pineapple and bananna. Put red onions in my salad and on sandwiches ,avacado slices. I snack at night and midnite etc soo l have a plan to eat more veggies fruits nuts. And l had some other high cal/fat foods sugar ,pop blah my quit is good my h20 needs improvement. I will weigh in friday and tuesday lm joining a walking exercise class w journaling 12weeks. Id like to reach a short long term goal by halloween and xmas. And the weekly maintain and steady loss.
