QUIT smoking!!! Right now focus on your quit. Try and watch what you eat.........your metabolism is changing .........eat healthy and light......BUT if it comes to food or a cig..........it's food!! The wieght will come off and take care of itself later. We all gained some weight when quitting........but took it off when our quit was solid.
Good for you for quitting smoking!!!! Drink TONS of water..........MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!!! WALK!!! Exercising is one of the BEST things you can do for yourself besides quit!! You will love feeling how you can breathe better and move better!!!
