if you want new suspention try the h and r cup kit. it says its for 80-84 vws, but it is the same insert for the earlier models. i have a 78 that this is going on, i would give you my old suspention but you dont want it. i hope this helps. by the way the cup kit is fairly inexpensive arond 560-600 dollars, not to bad
