I may need a new downpipe as getting a wheezing noise from engine. Getting it tunned soon, but in drastic need of renewal possible. Does it also come with the spring clips to connect it and is it easy to do without the garage tools?

looking for new speedometer gauge as i have replaced the cable and the needle is still flicking badly. how much for a new one?
