Hey there, quit smoking again today (probably the 5th real try, i dont even want to guess how many time i have actually said that over the years). Last quitting session lasted 10 months, which isnt bad goin, but gavce in for one more fag. I know this will take a lot of effort but that was the best 10 months in a while, so stick with it people
