Just like the shelter lost all of the paper work they had on Ivan Imediately after Angie's death.
I suppose the police didn't think the pic was of importance. Just as the many things that no one thought was important enough to put in the police report. Gee, I wonder what the police were trying to hide from my attorney.
PS
I was allowed to see the report but not my attorney or the private investigator. What can you people make of that?
